I watched the pilot for Blade The Series. OK, so the acting wasn’t that great. The writing was OK. But at least, the action was decent. And there was some decent eye candy. I feel it did capture the mood of the movies but still was it’s own animal. I don’t know if the series is going to last but it wasn’t bad. There was nothing that really sucked but then again there was nothing that made me say “Wow!” But then again in any series the first and the last seasons are the worst. I know it’s just a shor little review but watch the show, I have a feelling it just might get better.

Everybody’s least favorite director has issued a challenge to all his detractors. Meet him after school in the playground and duke it out. In this case, the playground is Canada. And by duke it out, I mean duke it out. This is just another one of those things I just can’t make up.
I managed to sit through House of the Dead, an OK B Zombie movie. Bloodrayne, I have one word. EXPOSITION. Never bothered with any of the other crap. I dread the Dungeon Siege movie coming out.
Do I want him to stop making movies.? Naw, I need some hack to kick around. He gives me hope. Cause I know I could do better.

Hey, it only happens one a century so we all should party like it 6/5/6. Party if I wasn’t fighting one of those infamous summer colds. So excuse the non-witty rants and probable typos due to sleep dep and medication.
Anyway, I finally bit the bullet and joined the World of Warcraft cult. I admit that I’m biased towards table top games. But I grudgingly coughed up the money. It’s been fun, addictive and not as bad as I feared. I’ve gotten ganked a couple of times. It wasn’t me personally, I just happened to be in the right place at the wrong time. It’s just so annoying when some high level Alliance goon does a grinder run through low level Horde territory. Freakin’ twitch monkeys. Maybe more on this later.
So Korgoth of Barbaria just premiered on Adult Swim. A psychotic barbarian in world gone wrong. A little Conan, a little Gor and lot of tongue in cheek. And of course comic violence. Lots of comic violence and a heavy metal soundtrack. This could be a cool series but we shall see. It was good but not a cool as Venture Brothers. Which by the way season two starts this month June 25th I think.
Galactica the Resistance. A web series about what happens between seasons two and three. Will available on SciFi Pulse, sometime. Folks. Now we get to see how serious they are about their web channel.
