It was one those shows I caught in reruns as a child and I loved it. It’s by the same crew who did Thunderbirds with the puppets. Remember that? OK, really still no. OK, just read the Wikipedia article or the intro from the original show.
I know it’s really dated. So anyway the basic premise is that a secret organization called SHADO is secretly fighting an alien invasion with some nifty high tech gadgets. Now here’s the interesting part. It’s going to the reboot treatment. Better special effects and an updated story. Can’t wait to see how this will turn out.
There’s not much there yet but here’s the official web site for the UFO movie. Maybe starting production in 2013.
